By accessing or using getstartify.com and our associated platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Access & Identity Verification

Access to our platform is selective and granted at our sole discretion. To protect our platform and user base, candidates must undergo identity verification and security checks during the application process. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information will result in immediate rejection or termination of access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Property: The getstartify.com platform, underlying code, visual design, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Startify Ventures LLC.
• Your Property: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all manuscripts, advance reader copy (ARC) files, logos, and content you upload to the platform. We claim no ownership over author works.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to distribute infringing material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startify Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of getstartify.com.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
